The Speakers

Dr. John & Kate Page

Widely travelled in the mountains of Europe, John has been a tour leader & is the Convener for the AGS specialist group for History of  Rock & Alpine Gardening.

Rick Lambert

Rick is a knowledgeable & experienced grower of alpines, particularly cushion plants. He is a key member of the Saxifrage Society & Androsace Group & actively promotes the alpine Dianthus family.

Arthur Nicholls

Arthur is a long standing member of the AGS, well travelled in search of alpines & bulbs & is a popular speaker with alpine groups.

Dr. Peter & Dr. Gillian Regan

Retired teacher & research chemist, both passionate about plants. They have travelled widely to search for & photograph plants in the wild.

Stephen Waters & Clive Daws         

The speakers have many years experience on speaking on botanical subjects to students, societies & other groups. Well experienced in leading field trips & natural history tours in Britain & abroad.
